Equipment Return Policy

With SalonPro Rentals, you may return your equipment at any time! To request a return, please email us at support@salonprorentals.com with your order number. Once your return request has been authorized we will generate a return shipping label for you by email, the cost of which will be billed to you separately. Simply print the shipping label, repackage the machine in the original box and packaging, securely and as close to the way it originally arrived, then attach the label to the box and drop it off at your local FedEx shipping center or FedEx Ground truck driver. We can also arrange for a pick-up from your location, at an additional cost, if needed.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 10 business days of your return label being generated, or the request will be canceled and a new return request must be opened.

Additionally, all returned equipment must be in the original box and packaging. Please save the original box and packaging when your equipment arrives. We cannot accept any returned merchandise received in another packaging. If you no longer have the original box and packaging, please let our support team know, so they can provide alternative options for you.

Please note, the end of your rental date will be determined by the date on the return shipment tracking information, which will state exactly when the machine was shipped back to us. Please hold onto your drop-off receipt for your own records. As of that date of drop off, we will end your equipment rental, even if it takes longer for us to receive the equipment back to our facility.

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for rental equipment returned during the current rental cycle billing period. However, if you have already returned your product, as confirmed by the shipment’s tracking number, and you are then billed for the next month’s rental period while waiting for us to receive/inspect your returned equipment – rest assured, you will be refunded for this amount.

Once your equipment has been received and inspected, your rental will be considered cancelled and no additional amount will be charged to you, as long as the equipment has been returned in good, working, reusable, and re-sellable condition. Please note, your down payment, shipping fees, monthly rental fees, etc., are all non-refundable. If any refunds are issued to you due to an accounting error, it can take anywhere from 7-14 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

In regards to return shipping, as a courtesy, we always pass our discounted shipping rates onto you, in order to save you as much as possible and make it more economically feasible to return your equipment. The cost of return shipping will be billed to you separately by invoice. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return. Any shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Equipment Warranty Policy

With SalonPro Rentals, your equipment is covered under our Limited Warranty for 3 years. Yes, you read that right!

For all SalonPro Rentals, our standard Limited Warranty covers: if for any reason your product is defective, not fully functional, or stops working within the warranty period, due to a manufacturer or parts defect, not related to external damage, we will either send you the necessary parts to repair your product or some cases, it will be necessary to return your product to us to be replaced.

For warranty replacements due to defects, we will cover all shipping costs to send the customer a replacement unit. However, all costs to ship the product to our facility for a warranty-related claim is the responsibility of the customer, unless their Service Plan covers return shipping costs.
